Refund Policy
All items are inspected upon return and if they are properly packaged, undamaged and with all tags intact, we will refund the price of the product, but not the shipping costs. You have the right to return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order. For fur coats and jackets, you must return within 5 days. You must return the item as you received it, with tags and packaging intact.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are non-returnable, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), customized goods (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous goods, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and then purchase a new item separately once your return has been accepted.
EU 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

Free Worldwide Shipping
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, except to countries where the sale of fur is prohibited. Our commitment to sustainability means we do not ship to places that do not align with our values. For all other destinations, you can enjoy the convenience of free home delivery.

Checkout: Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping details.
Confirm: Once your order is confirmed, we will take care of the rest.
Your order will be shipped via our trusted courier partners, ensuring safe and timely delivery. Please note that while shipping costs are covered by us, any import duties, taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you check with your local customs office for more information.

Please note that these estimates are subject to change and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Custom Orders: At Firelady Sheepskin, we pride ourselves on making each product to your specifications. Most of our products are made to order, which means the estimated delivery time includes production and shipping time. It usually takes our skilled craftsmen 4 to 8 days to create your custom product. However, if we do not have a specific color of leather in stock in our warehouse, it may take an additional 7 to 14 days to produce. If this happens, we will notify you by email and provide an updated timeline for your order.
Delivery Inspection: Upon receiving your shipment, please carefully check the following:
Make sure the number of boxes matches the number stated on the shipping documents.
Inspect the packaging and sealing materials for signs of damage, moisture, or tampering.
If you notice any discrepancies or damage, please notify the delivery carrier and Firelady Sheepskin immediately.
Import Taxes and Duties: We would like to remind our valued customers that import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the consignee. These charges vary by country and region and are not included in the product price. Firelady Sheepskin cannot cover these charges.
Shipping Restrictions: Due to international regulations, we are unable to ship to certain countries where the sale of fur is prohibited, including Israel and other specified countries.
