Picking Leather:
- For example, if we need 10 skins to make a garment, we select from 500 skins intended for 50 pieces of clothing. We choose 10 skins with the closest texture, hand feel, thickness, and color to create a uniform garment.
- Benefits: Leather is a natural material with inherent uncontrollable variations. This selection process ensures greater stability in the quality of the finished garment, minimizing differences in stitching, color, and other aspects.
Trimming Edges and Corners:
- From a whole sheepskin, we remove the head, tail, and select only the highest-quality middle back area. The amount of trimming determines the quality and value of the garment's details. Clean trimming results in a flatter, softer garment with a more consistent feel. Inadequate trimming can lead to uneven stitching and noticeable differences in thickness and feel, reducing the garment's quality.
- Benefits: The back area of the skin is the most optimal for leather quality. Skins near the belly and limbs are softer and not suitable for clothing, as they affect aesthetics and smoothness.
Cutting and Sewing:
- Based on the predefined template, we cut the skins into the desired shapes and sizes, then sew them together to form the garment. Finally, we attach the lining to complete the finished garment.
This process ensures that each leather garment is crafted with precision and care, resulting in a high-quality product that meets the standards of luxury fashion.
